Insert lamp into fixture.Check lamp type andwattage with gear tray.Insert lamp into lampholder(Follow lamp manufacturersinstructions).Clean any marks fromreflector with dry, soft, lintfree cloth. Turn on.

4. Insert screw opposite and tighten

5. Insert and tighten all screws.

Do not over tighten.

LID TIGHTENING PROCEDURE

FIT SLEEVE, COLLAR AND COVER PLATE

- Fit sleeve over foam plug. Ensure enough cable is in the cavity to connect to fixture.

- Position top lip of mounting collar to be flush with finished floor level.

- Screw cover plate, (order separately), to mounting collar if required.

SUPPLY CONNECTION- Position junction box directly

beneath concrete sleeve and connect to supply conduit.

- Punch a hole in foam plug large enough for the connector to pass through

- Pack hole in plug around the cable to ensure concrete doesn't enter the fixture cavity.

(Ensure the cap on the connector is secure)

Layout fixture locations as required.

Use discretion in placement, fixture may become hot and could burn.

Fixture cavity should be as above. Ensure gravel or similar medium forms the bottom of cavity to allow drainage.

If installation of fixture into mounting collar is to be delayed we recommend the installation of a cover plate. Order separately.

TEMPORARY COVER PLATE(LS6047)

SUPPLY CONNECTION

Insert fixture into mounting collar alligning holes in the flange with tapped holes in the collar

MOUNT FIXTURE LAMP, TEST, SEAL.

Complete installation of fixture by inserting lamp, testing and sealing, (As per Instruction 6 over.) according to the LS343 installation instruction sheet.

CAUTION - This Product Must Only Be Installed/fitted By A Licensed Electrical Worker

Carefully remove lens (andsecondary glass, glareshield) and tighten grubscrew. Apply gentledownward pressure toblack spacer ring as screwis tightened.

Lock reflector

Replace lens (andsecondary glass, glareshield) and outer coverassembly and resealfixture.


Note

Additional filters, (137mm)can be added to the fixtureby retaining beneath springclips on the top of thesecondary glass holder.

Loosen screws with allenkey provided. If necessarygently lever lid out withlarge screwdriver. Removecomponents as shown.Loosen grub screw.Replace components.

Open fixture and Unlock

Turn fixture on. Rotateblack spacer ring and lensuntil required result isachieved. Turn fixture off.
