• A 50% up-front deposit (rounded to the nearest dollar) is required for all orders $500 and higher, with the balance due upon completion. We accept Certified
Funds, Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
• As a rule, expedited orders are only available for Law Enforcement duty weapons, or alternatively for a list price + 100%. Please contact us directly for more
information regarding expedited orders.
• Please fill out our Order Form in it’s entirety. It is available on our site, or you may request it via email.
• If you do not provided your name, physical address (P.O. Boxes are not an acceptable shipping address), phone number, and email address, we will not be
able to create an order confirmation until we make contact with you. This will significantly delay your order.
• 1 ½ - 2 weeks after your firearm arrives, you will receive an Order Confirmation with an Estimated Completion Date and pricing (including the $8 handling
fee, excluding return shipping).
• Your balance is due upon completion. We accept Certified Funds, Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
• Please note that Robar reserves the right to charge a minimum shop charge of one (1) hour ($90.00) for any work done.
Important Information
• Please contact us by email, if at all possible. Due to our heavy workload, phone calls throughout the day inhibit our ability to focus our attention on the work
we do, and everyone's project deserves our undivided attention. Emails also allow us to have a record to refer back to, saving time overall, and helping us to
get your projects back to you as soon as possible.
• Please don’t request status updates until we have passed your estimated completion date. Status inquiries distract us from doing our best work in as timely a
manner as possible, and they slow down everyone else’s projects. Your estimated completion date is found next to your Customer ID on the Order
Confirmation form we will send you. As this has been increasingly problematic, Robar reserves the right to assess you a $25 administrative fee per status
inquiry.
• Please don’t contact us asking if we have received your firearm, it slows down our process and contributes to longer turnaround times. You are responsible
for tracking your shipment; we will not contact you to notify you that we have received your firearm. If the tracking information indicates that your firearm was
delivered and signed for, then it is in our vault waiting for its order confirmation to be created.
Shipping
• We do not ship via USPS due to theft and unreliability.
• Robar ships UPS; Next Day Air for handguns, Second Day Air for long guns.
• Return shipping costs are calculated based on weight, insurance and other factors. We do not calculate return shipping until we are ready to ship.
• Handling is a flat fee of $8.00 per package
• Please ensure that your firearm is unloaded, securely packaged with no ammunition in the container, and insured for its full replacement value.
• We prefer to receive guns fully assembled. If you send us a disassembled gun or gun parts, you must include a legible and itemized inventory list. If you do
not include a legible and itemized inventory list, we will not be held responsible for missing parts.
