Importance of music videos

• Music videos represent an important part of music history. There are artists that even owe their music careers due to music videos. Given the chance for artists to not only impress their audience with their vocal talent, but also with their image.

• People saw it as the beggining of a new era in the music industry as people can show what they have to offer aside from singing.
