“Text [written] content is particularly important for search engine placement. Without original text content, most search engines will be unable to match search terms to the content of a site.”

“High-quality web content that's useful, usable, and enjoyable is one of the greatest competitive advantages you can create for yourself online.”

– Kristina Halvorson, author of Content Strategy for the Web

“Writing a website copy is without a doubt, a tough and time-consuming task but remember that it reflects the company’s reputation.”

– Debra Wright for Genuine SEO Blog

“Quality, relevant content can't be spotted by an algorithm. You can't subscribe to it. You need people - actual human beings - to create or curate it.”

– Kristina Halvorson, Content Strategy for the Web

“I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, 'Where's the self-help section?' She said if she toldme, it would defeat the purpose."

– The George Carlin, great, late comedian

Note: Website publishing, blog posting (blogging), creative work, such as text, graphics, images or video are all categorize under the heading of “self-help” work until we are ready, willing and able to hire someone else to do it.
