MSEM Project

Mobility for Distribution Secondary Equipment Maintenance Management System is partof the initiative by TNB to introduce transformation for Work Management and MobilityWorkforce. The solution shall cover the following IBM Maximo modules:▪ Maximo for Utilities▪ Maximo Scheduler▪ Maximo Anywhere▪ Maximo HSE

The solution shall integrate, but not limited to, TNB existing systems such as SAP-ERP(SAP PM, SAP PS, SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP HR and DPMS) and other systems.

To setup SEM platform and cover Development, Staging / Quality Assurance,Production, Disaster Recover (DR) and Training environments.

To lead the project management activities throughout the implementation.This projectshall be implemented and rollout for Distribution Division nationwide after successfullyimplemented in a pilot area (Perlis).

The implementation of this project will be in Perlis (estimated 20 users) but the systemperformance should cater for nationwide (estimated 200 users inclusive of TNBemployees and contractors).
