• The club decided that we wanted to improve our community through recycling, within the school.

• We discussed how we could improve our school grounds

• Several items for recycling that we discussed were:– Aluminum cans– Newspaper– White paper– Plastic– Glass

Our mission is to begin a recycling program at our school and then bring what we learned home. This will be a first step to improving our community.

Earth Day CleanupEarth Day – April 22nd was

celebrated by all science

classes taking an active role

in helping to clean and

beautify our school campus.

200 large garbage bags were

collected, leaves were raked

and flowers were planted. All

students had a good time and

our campus looked great!
