This engagement will be guided by the terms andconditions of services as agreed upon by the incumbent as "2nd party" referred in the agreement.

AGREEMENT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF BLOCK TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (BTM)ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS UNDER ATMA, UTTAR DINAJPUR DISTRICT

This deed of agreement of contractual engagement of BLOCK TECHNOLOGYMANAGER (BTM) for the scheme ATMA to be posted in the offices of the Asst. Director ofAgriculture & Convenor, Block ATMA Cell in different Blocks of Uttar Dinajpur districtunder the administrative control of the Project Director, ATMA & Deputy Director ofAgriculture (Admn.), Uttar Dinajpur is made on this day of the month of _2016, between the Project Director (PD), ATMA, Uttar Dinajpur district, on the one hand,herein after referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

WHEREAS, Agricultural Technology Management Agency, Uttar Dinajpur district,herein after referred to as ATMA, Uttar Dinajpur district being an agency under theDepartment of Agriculture, Govt. of West Bengal, entrusted to implement ATMAProgrammes and for extension of other departmental Schemes and programmes.

AND WHEREAS, after completion of all requisite formalities and being satisfiedwith the credentials of the candidature of the second party to this agreement, the first partyagrees to engage the second party as BLOCK TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (BTM).

NOW, THEREFORE, both the parties herein to agree as follows:

1) Engagement is purely on contractual basis for an initial tenure of six months and to beextended thereafter on periodic evaluation of performances depending on clearance ofState Nodal Officer, ATMA, West Bengal and availability of fund.

2) The tenure of engagement may however be extended thereafter on the basis ofperformance, ability and physical condition of the second party, subject to satisfactionof the first party.

3) The Engagement is purely contractual and temporary in nature.4) The Second party will not at any point of time claim to be made permanent.5)' After engagement, the service of the second party will be placed at the disposal of the

Project Director, ATMA, Uttar Dinajpur and will work under overall supervision ofthe Asst. D. A. & Convenor, Block ATMA Cell of the concerned Block.

6) The second party will work under the guidance and as per direction of the PD,ATMA, UD and Dy. PD, ATMA, UD for performing ATMA Programmes as well asother departmental Schemes and programmes under the supervision of the of the Asst.D. A. & Convenor, BlockATMA Cell of the concerned Block where he is posted.

7) Monthly consolidated remuneration/emoluments of the second party is fixed @ Rs.25000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only), i.e., Rs. 20000/- (consolidatedremuneration) + Rs. 5000/- (mobility and mobile connectivity) per month only.

8) Monthly remuneration/emoluments of the second party will be paid on receipt of thesatisfactory working certificate from the Asst. D. A. & Convenor, Block ATMA Cellof the concerned Block under ATMA, from the fund released! to be released for thepurpose by the Department of Farmers' Welfare, Agriculture and Co-operation,Govt. of India from time to time.

9) The engagement of the candidate will be terminated with the discontinuation ofATMA programmes in the state of West Bengal.

10) No leave will be admissible to the second party. Only Govt. holidays will be allowed.In exigency/ emergency, second party will be bound to attend the office on Govt.holidays/Sundays/Saturdays if called for by the Controlling Officer and 1st Party.

11) Full time of the second party will be under the disposal of the first party.

12) The second party shall not be allowed to work under any other organization, VO /NGO etc. during such period of engagement.

13) If at any point oftime after engagement, the second party violates conditionsstipulated in this agreement; his / her engagement will be terminated forthwith.

14) The first party reserves the right to terminate the engagement of second party at anypoint of time, if the performance of the second party is found to be unsatisfactory andfor his /her testimonials found to be incorrect /false in future.

15) The contract may be terminated by either party at one month's advance prior notice.

Director ofAgriculture & Convenor, Block ATMA Cell in different Blocks of Uttar Dinajpur districtunder the administrative control of the Project Director, ATMA & Deputy Director ofAgriculture (Adrnn.), Uttar Dinajpur is made on this day of the month of _2016, between the Project Director (PD), ATMA, Uttar Dinajpur district, on the one hand,herein after referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

AND

Sri/Smt. Son/Daughter/ Wife of _ViII. , P.O. , P.S. ,Dist. on the other hand, herein after referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WHEREAS, Agricultural Technology Management Agency, Uttar Dinajpur district,herein after referred to as ATMA, Uttar Dinajpur district being an agency under theDepartment of Agriculture, Govt. of West Bengal, entrusted to implement ATMAProgrammes and for extension of other departmental Schemes and programmes.

AND WHEREAS, after completion of all requisite formalities and being satisfiedwith the credentials of the candidature of the second party to this agreement, the first partyagrees to engage the second party as ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (ATM).

NOW, THEREFORE, both the parties herein to agree as follows:

1) Engagement is purely on contractual basis for an initial tenure of six months and to beextended thereafter on periodic evaluation of performances depending on clearance ofState Nodal Officer, ATMA, West Bengal and availability of fund.

2) The tenure of engagement may however be extended thereafter on the basis ofperformance, ability and physical condition of the second party, subject to satisfactionof the first party.

3) The Engagement is purely contractual and temporary in nature.4) The Second party will not at any point of time claim to be made permanent.5) After engagement, the service of the second party will be placed at the disposal of the

Project Director, ATMA, Uttar Dinajpur and will work under overall supervision ofthe Asst. D. A. & Convenor, Block ATMA Cell of the concerned Block.

6) The second party will work under the guidance and as per direction of the PD,ATMA, UD and Dy. PD, ATMA, UD for performing ATMA Programmes as well asother departmental Schemes and programmes under the supervision of the of the Asst.D. A. & Convenor, Block ATMA Cell of the concerned Block where he is posted.

7) Monthly consolidated remuneration/emoluments of the second party is fixed @ Rs.15000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only), i.e., Rs. 11500/- (consolidated remuneration)+ Rs. 3500/- (mobility and mobile connectivity) per month only.

8) Monthly remuneration/emoluments of the second party will be paid on receipt of thesatisfactory working certificate from the Asst. D. A. & Convenor, Block ATMA Cellof the concerned Block under ATMA, from the fund released! to be released for thepurpose by the Department of Farmers' Welfare, Agriculture and Co-operation,Govt. of India from time to time.

9) The engagement of the candidate will be terminated with the discontinuation ofATMA programmes in the state of West Bengal.

10)No leave will be admissible to the second party. Only Govt. holidays will be allowed.In exigency/ emergency, second party will be bound to attend the office on Govt.holidays/Sundays/Saturdays if called for by the Controlling Officer and 1st Party.

11) Full time of the second party will be under the disposal of the first party.

12) The second party shall not be allowed to work under any other organization, VO /NGO etc. during such period of engagement.

13) If at any point of time after engagement, the second party violates conditionsstipulated in this agreement; his / her engagement will be terminated forthwith.

14) The first party reserves the right to terminate the engagement of second party at anypoint of time, if the performance of the second party is found to be unsatisfactory andfor his /her testimonials found to be incorrect /false in future.

15) The contract may be terminated by either party at one month's advance prior notice.
