SESSION 7:
FULL ARCH IMPLANT TREATMENT
More and more patients are requiring full arch implant restorations. This course will cover the surgical techniques needed for both fixed and removable full arch prosthetics.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: • Rationale for all on 4,5 or 6 implants. • Learn the TEETH EXPRESS™ immediate technique. • Treatment plan immediate provisional options. • Learn the use of CBCT guided surgery stents. • Understand the indications for implant connecting bars and Overdentures.

SESSION 5:
ADVANCED BONE AND TISSUE GRAFTINGMany implant cases will require bone and soft tissue augmentation. This course will teach you to restore atrophic anterior and posterior ridges and tissue health.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: • Perform sinus lift grafts • Perform ridge block grafts • Understand the use of tent screws, titanium mesh support, and titanium reinforced Cytoplast membranes. • Correct mucogingival defect with connective tissue and Alloderm grafts.
SESSION 6:
ANTERIOR ESTHETIC IMPLANT SURGERY AND COMPLICATIONS MANAGEMENT
Anterior implant surgery can be challenging. Precision is paramount to success. Complications are best managed by prevention, but stuff happens. Learn the management of surgical, post-op, and prosthetic complications.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: • Lean surgical and socket former techniques for ideal anterior esthetic results. • Identify and manage surgical complications for case success and patient comfort. • Manage prosthetic and Periodontal post-op and peri-implantitis complications.
SESSION 3: MARKETING AND TEAM TRAINING
Involving the entire team is essential to implementing dental implant surgery into your practice. Your team will gain knowledge in presenting implants to your patients.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: • Business team members will become knowledgeable about implant coding, insurance, prior authorization requirements, and dental benefit plan limitations. • Assistants will lean sterile technique and operatory set-up, implant surgery instrumentation and maintenance, and their role in surgery. • Hygienists will learn the latest in maintenance of implant health, recognition and treatment of peri-implantitis, instrument technologies. • Dentists will finalize their treatment planning and scheduling of their first live surgeries and learn complication management. • Course fee includes up to four team members. There will be an additional fee of $85.00 for each additional team member.
SESSION 4: LIVE PARTICIPANT SURGERY
Pre-requisites: Courses 1,2,3Learn through observation and participation in live implant surgeries. This course is designed for the participant dentist to perform their first live surgery case with one-on-one mentorship. All participants are expected to bring a patient of record to perform an implant surgery on. You will assist and observe cases throughout the day as well as completing your own. CT scanning and manipulation of the software with faculty input and guidance is just the beginning of the weekend. The myriad of cases you will hear about and see will only increase your knowledge and confidence.
SESSION 1: IMPLANT TREATMENT PLANNING,
SURGERY, AND PROSTHETICSThis course is taught by practicing dentists with the intent to teach the beginning and less experienced how successful, fun and rewarding implant dentistry can be. Learning the skills to place simple single tooth implants is the foundation to a rewarding and productive career in implant dentistry.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: • Perform risk assessment and diagnosis. • Gain an understanding of the facial anatomy and considerations that change treatment options. • Understand atraumatic extractions, flap design, and suturing techniques. • Be able to manipulate Cone Beam CT images for implant site evaluation.
SESSION 2:EDENTULOUS IMPLANT
SURGERY, PROSTHETICS, AND PHARMACOLOGY
This course will build upon Session 1 teaching surgical skills in the edentulous arch. A thorough review of the need for the use of Pharmacology in making surgery more predictable, comfortable and safer, well be presented. COURSE OBJECTIVES: • Gain awareness for the pharmacology protocol for implant placement, dental surgery, and comfortable healing. • Understand the full realm of implant prosthetics for both partially and fully edentulous patients. • Be able to treatment plan and place two mandibular implants and Locator attachments. • Place implants in a variety of real bone configurations and bone densities.
