Features and Benefits

PLASTEEL™ tips are more rigid and less flexible than other plastic maintenance instruments. This makes them more superior for removing plaque and calculus without damaging abutments or leaving residue behind.

Satin Steel® Instruments have a light- weight, large diameter handle. The unique diamond texture on the Satin Steel handle provides a secure grip and greater rotational control, even through wet gloves.

Paired, disposable PLASTEEL tips are easily secured into the handle using dressing pliers.

Unlike other implant maintenance instruments, Implacare’s sterilizable handle is designed for lifetime use.

• The Implacare handle provides a secure grip and greater rotational control.

• The tips are easily secured into the threaded handle using dressing pliers.

• Because the Implacare tips are designed like curettes and scalers, they are easy to adapt around prosthetics (as shown on the left) and are comfortable to use.
