Year 1: Meet with GB and discuss their knowledge about the program and oversight responsibilities; request that they accompany Specialists on classroom visits
Year 2: Discuss working relationship with PC; review impacts; request that PC and GB accompany Specialists on classroom visits
Year 3: On-site monitoring review
Year 4: Review trend data with PC and GB, highlighting improvements and impacts Year 5: Discuss closeout and planning for next 5 yr. cycle OR discuss DRS with PC and GB
