technologies and control systems to complete and optimize

manufacturing of good and delivery of services .

Automation technology, if used wisely and effectively, can yield

substantial opportunities for the future.

inherent in the use of this medium .

Cell Phone Technology has revolutionized the telecommunication

scenario in India. Due to its several advantages, cell phone technology

has grown exponentially in the last decade.

There are almost 50 Crore Cell

phone users. And this figure is

growing by leaps and bounds…

The present 4.5 lacs cell phone

towers would also grow and so

would RADIATION

Radiation Zone is highest within

10 Meters of Tower.

New standards should be developed in order to protect the public from the possible

health consequences of exposure to microwave radiation.

Too much of cell phone usage creates health hazards….

5 . MERIT : - Technology on Our Society

Think of the days when there were no computers and no modern

means of transport. Human life was highly restricted due to the

unavailability of technological applications.

Hence, More TIME in

hand and BETTER

LIFE.

Faster means of Transport

means every place in the

world is now CLOSER…

DEMERIT : -

We think of technology as a boon to society. But, its also a bane in

some way…. Isn't this weird? Children are spending all their time

playing online and less or almost no time playing on the ground.

Youngsters are spending most of their time social networking,

missing on the joys of real social Life .

Effects on Children –

Emergence of Video Games.

Almost NIL outdoor games.

Missing Social Life – Too

much importance on Social

networking .

Pollution - India will have 450

million cars 10 years from now .

Major Concerns

ConcluSion :

Every Technology is invented for the betterment of mankind . And it should diminish or control the worse...

Of course, technology has had a positive impact on society and will continue to do so. Provided, we keep the negatives in check…

I personally wish a more advanced world with great technologies . With fewer hazards…in tandem with the greater force called nature.
