Personal Training Rates (at facility or within 10 minutes of Impact Fitness Center)

Private Training

One Hour:

(4) 1 Hour Sessions = $180 (8) 1 Hour Sessions = $320 (12) 1 Hour Sessions = $420

Half Hour:

(4) ½ Hour Sessions = $108 (8) ½ Hour Sessions = $192 (12) ½ Hour Sessions = $252

Small Group (2-3 people)

One Hour:

(8) 1 Hour Sessions = $176 per person

Half Hour:

(8) ½ Hour Sessions = $96 per person

Program Design On-Site: Have a personalized program created for you that you can do either at Impact Fitness Center or elsewhere. The cost is $50, and if you purchase a personal training package within 1 week from appointment, the fee will be deducted from the package!

Program Design Off-Site: Have a personalized program created for you in the privacy of your own home gym. The cost is $60, and if you purchase a personal training package within 1 week from appointment, the fee will be deducted from the package!

*Please give an 8 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment or you may be charged for scheduled session.

*Sessions expire after 6 months from date of purchase unless arrangements have been made.
