before posting such lists, you have to check its authenticity... the company

4spl which is 2nd in our lis t os not a fake one. i worked there for last two

years. it was there from las t 10 years. dont think all small firms are fake. it

having many govt of karnataka dept as clients. it may be just a copy paste for

you mr admin. but lots of employees future also get trapped. You have all the

right to list those who are fake. but at the time you have to make sure that list

dosent contain any genuine companies. its a matter of many peoples

career. note: am talking only about 4SPL.. i dnt know abt others...

COMPANY LOCATION: MUMBAI-MIRA BHAYANDER ROAD

As I was working ins ide this office for some time, I knew that this company is

a fake to cheat public money. They do have many busines s nam es,

Panache Expo India, Excel Career Solution, Proton e tc etc. Actually, this

people do not generate any legitimate business income, they generate

income by cheating public money.

There is a fraud named Jasbir singh owns this company and a girl shabinaF Khan is a un-official wife of Jabir singh. Their business for the nameshake

"selling land" in outskirt of mumbai. They show someone else's Land and

get involved the customers. They show you forged land documents for their

ownership.

Once customers came to know about their fraud after few months, they

simply fight and forfeit the whole am ount in the name of

cancellation/forfeiture. They take advantage of customers who do not read

each and every point of agreement clauses. They do forge documens, terms

and condition, even customers signature, favouring their side .

Even after severe pressure from few parties, they gave refund cheque for

small amount, to postpone the issue for a while. Since they do have many

bank accounts without balances, they do iss ue cheques one another(to

make you fool ) bank account cheques. Ultimately, the cheque you receive

keeps on bouncing, and you dont get money.

They do not worry about police complaint/legal action (several customers

dragged them to police s tation/even their own employees dragged them to

police station for salaries). They take advantage of legal system which

lengthen the process of justice. Every one year they change their office

address(Real fact is, the land lord drive them away when they do not pay the

monthly rent)

They do afraid only if you hit them un-officially. They do not have any other

supporting goon background. (It is a s uggestion for the situation when you

loose m oney/or harrasement)

Recently they cheated jobseekers as a Job consultants, in the nam e of job

fairs held in ville parle. They simply collected registration fee of Rs 1100/-

and their intention to collect 10 lac Rs. from 1000 candidates. Fact is they

got 5000 application.

Appeal to Land investors/Job seekers not to approach this peop le.

Fake Experience employees in TCS (Noida Office) I am here by drawn your

attention to one of the Fake company that is "Valid Page " that has been run

from Ducat Inst., A-43, Sector -16, Noida-201303 . These people will answer

all the verification calls for this company from their Noida inst. There is no

such company exist . These people provide certificates from bogus

companies are quite rampant. Not only are such fake certificates available

for a meagre Rs 15, 000 to Rs 20, 000, these bogus companies even have

people who ans wer calls and verify information during background checks.

There are almost mos t of the employees recruited in TCS in 2010, 2011 and

2012 (at Noida Office ) have been working on this fake company (Valid

Page)experience . TCS needs to take an action against them asap

otherwise it seems that TCS will be giving motivation to the Fake

ThinkWizards its in Erramanzil, Hyderabad it is a fake company it takes

money from students to train them in sharepoint and dot net and will not

teach any thing one of the faculty person has no knowledge. He did not know

even abc of IT so avoid joining this institute..........

RM Infotech (P) Ltd is not a fake company.It is registered in year 2005 , we

have Company registration number, PAN Number and we are filling IT

returns and TDS. We are selling our products with sales tax

number...Company has staff.. we are paying salary.. we have clients , bills,

Current account statement, ISO certification.. Any one can verify / investigate /

physically check any of the details from my office..you have just copied name

from other blogs without checking details pls investigate and verify things

before putting them on your web site. pls get company details from

www.rminfotechsolutions.com. I request u to rem ove the name from site as

this is damaging goodwill of my company.

As I was working ins ide this office for some time, I knew that this company is

a fake to cheat public money. They do have many busines s nam es,

Panache Expo India, Excel Career Solution, Proton e tc etc. Actually, this

people do not generate any legitimate business income.

There is a fraud named Radhika owns this company and a Man JR is a un-

official . Their business for the nameshake "Selecting pupils for work" Insidechennai and outside colleges also. They will not know what is CTC.

There are many employees who worked in that company will not get full

salary and they will give the salary on their wish. They will take employees

and ask them to work day and night,for this also she and he will not give

salary.

PF and Ecs are been detected on the s alary for name sake. one uttermost

worst company in Chennai and Hyderabad should be "AVANI".... I suggest

not to join this company totally waste.

Appeal to Job seekers not to approach this type of people.

Hi ,

I am really not sure how these guys have put all these companuies as fake.

In the past I have worked with one of the company,which is in this list and I

never had any issues with Salary payments. And this company still exists

and its almost 10 years old company.
