Tailored course for LA TROBE students at Tsinghua University. Through this course you will learn about:

- Basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)- Cultural, social and historical contexts in which Chinese cuisine has evolved and developed- Sustainable food production and consumption in China- Relationship between Chinese food-culture, health and well-being
