Blend’s Spring Opening collection is inspired by one of the hottest city trends: Urban farming: Young visionary people gardening between the apartment blocks of the big cities. They may have a touch of hippie and back-to-nature over them. But they are also cool and trendy. So it is not a tale of nostalgia. It is a story of now.
Our collection takes equal inspiration from rough city life and healthy farming. Original work wear produced in natural materials, tailored and refined with vintage details. Shirts and shorts come with vertical and horizontal stripes, the knits in bold coloured stripes and melange yarns, washed down and with denim details. There are t-shirts with photo prints and different neck details. The denim is light and vintage washed while the fitted jackets come in canvas, twill and quilted nylon. Summer is prepared for in our bold coloured chino shorts.
Apart from splashes of bright red, the palette is dim: varying from dusted yellow, pastel and army green over denim blue to warm berry colours – reflecting adoration for nature and simple living.
