Abstract:- The abstract is to be in fully- justified italicized text as it is here, belowthe author information. Use the word“Abstract” as the title, in 14-point Times New Roman, boldface type, left aligned asshown, initially capitalized. The abstract isto be in 12-point, single-spaced type, andmay be up to a 200 word length. Leave one blank line after the abstract, to be followed by the keywords, then begin the main textafter leaving another blank line. Allmanuscripts must be in English.

I. Introduction
Dear Author, Your paper has been accepted for publication in IJCST. Please follow the stepsoutlined below when submitting your final draftto the IJCST. These guidelines include complete
descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and relatedinformation for producing your manuscripts.Please follow them and if you have anyquestions, direct them to the managing editor of journal at: [email protected]
II. Formatting your paper
The text of the paper should be written in twocolumn format in a .doc file. All printedmaterial, including text, illustrations, andcharts, must be kept within the followingmargins (with Portrait Orientation).
Top 0.7″ Bottom 0.7″
Left 0.7″ Right 0.7″
III. Main title
The main title (on the first page) should begin 1inch from the top edge of the page, centered, andin Times New Roman 16-point, boldface type.
Capitalize the first letter of nouns, pronouns,verbs, adjectives, and adverbs; do not capitalizearticles, coordinate conjunctions, or prepositions(unless the title begins with such a word). Pleaseinitially capitalize only the first word in other titles, including section titles and first, second,and third-order headings (for example, “Titlesand headings” — as in these guidelines). Leaveone blank line after the title.
IV. Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
Author names and affiliations are to be centered beneath the title and printed in Times NewRoman 12-point, non-boldface type. Multipleauthors may be shown in a two or three-columnformat, with their affiliations below their respective names. Affiliations are centered beloweach author name, italicized, not bold. Include e-mail addresses if possible. Follow the author information by two blank lines before main text.
V. Type-style and fonts
Wherever Times New Roman is specified,Times Roman, or Times may be used. If neither is available on your word processor, please use the font closest in appearance toTimes New Roman that you have access to.
VI. Main text
Type your main text in 12-point Times NewRoman, single-spaced with single-line interlinespacing. Do not use double-spacing. All paragraphs should be inline with the Headingsand are not to be indented. Be sure your text isfully justified—that is, flush left and flush right.You can insert additional blank lines between paragraphs.
Figure and table captions should be 12-pointTimes-New Roman, Initially capitalize only thefirst word of each figure caption and table title.

Figures and tables must be numbered separately.For example: “Figure 1: Co-ordinated Multi-Point Acess”, “Table 1: LTE-AdvancedRequirements”. Figure captions are to be belowthe figures and Table titles are to be above thetables (Left aligned).
VII. First-order headings
For example, “1. Introduction”, should be Times New Roman 14-point boldface, initiallycapitalized, flush left, with one blank line before,and one blank line after. Use a period (“.”) after the heading number, not a colon.
A. Second-order headings
As in this heading, these headings should beTimes New Roman 12-point boldface, initiallycapitalized, flush left, with one blank line before,and one after.
B. Third-order headings: Third-order headings,as in this paragraph, are discouraged. However,if you must use them, use 12-point Times NewRoman, boldface, initially capitalized, flush left, preceded by one blank line, followed by a colonand your text on the same line.
VIII. ReferencesList and number all bibliographical references in12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced withsingle-line interlining spacing, at the end of your paper. When referenced in the text, enclose thecitation number in square brackets, for example[1]. Where appropriate, include the name(s) of editors of referenced books. Unpublishedarticles or private communications should not be given in the reference list. Examples aregiven below for illustrations:
