IV. Author name(s) and affiliation(s)

Multipleauthors may be shown in a two or three-columnformat, with their affiliations below their respective names. Affiliations are centered beloweach author name, italicized, not bold. Include e-mail addresses if possible. Follow the author information by two blank lines before main text.

V. Type-style and fonts

Wherever Times New Roman is specified,Times Roman, or Times may be used. If neither is available on your word processor, please use the font closest in appearance toTimes New Roman that you have access to.

VI. Main text

Type your main text in 12-point Times NewRoman, single-spaced with single-line interlinespacing. Do not use double-spacing. All paragraphs should be inline with the Headingsand are not to be indented. Be sure your text isfully justified—that is, flush left and flush right.You can insert additional blank lines between paragraphs.

Figure and table captions should be 12-pointTimes-New Roman, Initially capitalize only thefirst word of each figure caption and table title.

VII. First-order headings

For example, “1. Introduction”, should be Times New Roman 14-point boldface, initiallycapitalized, flush left, with one blank line before,and one blank line after. Use a period (“.”) after the heading number, not a colon.

A. Second-order headings

As in this heading, these headings should beTimes New Roman 12-point boldface, initiallycapitalized, flush left, with one blank line before,and one after.

B. Third-order headings: Third-order headings,as in this paragraph, are discouraged. However,if you must use them, use 12-point Times NewRoman, boldface, initially capitalized, flush left, preceded by one blank line, followed by a colonand your text on the same line.

VIII. ReferencesList and number all bibliographical references in12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced withsingle-line interlining spacing, at the end of your  paper. When referenced in the text, enclose thecitation number in square brackets, for example[1]. Where appropriate, include the name(s) of editors of referenced books. Unpublishedarticles or private communications should not be given in the reference list. Examples aregiven below for illustrations:
