Celebrating the 36th SSF-IIIHS International Conference, July 8 -17, 2011

ALetter from the IIIHS Founder-President

This year, at our 36th Annual International Conference 2011, we willcelebrate the emergence today of future sciences of consciousness andhealing. These resonate with the great themes of some of humanity'smost ancient spiritual traditions, East and West.

Again we shall be honouring both sacred and secular contributions tothe understanding of a new humanity. This is occurring on planet Earthtoday at a time when ancient spiritual insights have begun to convergewith emerging future sciences. We shall witness the appearance ofintriguing insights from a new physics, a new biology, a new psychology, and a new medicine. This process would end the estrangement ofspirituality and religion from the present considerations of science andsociety.

Fr. John Rossner, OTr, PhD, DSc, ouuProfessor Emeritus of Religion,(History of Religion & Culture)
