PG diploma in GOAL24 months 8 semesters course with 3 semesters of internship/experiential learning.

PG degree in GOAL42 months 14 semester course with 5 semesters of internship/ experiential learning and one semester of world tour/ interactions.

MOOC Massive Open Online Courses comprising of 25-30 modules of 1-3 months duration. In order to spread leadership culture and thinking across the strata.This will be made available in a modular format for men and women to pick and choose,study online, develop them selves at their own pace and leisure.

Eligibility

Men & Women of 25 years to 40 years with certain amount of holistic ability and attitude, with some passion to serve this Nation at some point of time in a big way.

Political Leadership Cell (PLC)

Even though every Alumni will be in a Mission ready state to head both Corporate & Governance responsibilities, everyone will be encouraged,motivated and supported to take up Governance Leadership at the states and country sooner or later. PLC will act as the chariot, the vehicle to drive them there.

Those who would like to apply directly (30%)

Those whom corporates will sponsor as designates to take up higher levels of functioning and delivery in their organisations (40%)

Government/ Quasi Government officers as a sabbatical course to enhance their prospects and performance (5%)

IAS, IPS, IFS cadre to tone up their abilities and seek higher placements (5%)

Army officers to further gain the leadership traits, knowledge and execution (5%)

Political leaders/ MLA’s / MP’s and their wards who are keen to serve the country in better ways (5%)

Institutions of learning sponsoring their faculty/administers the next gen members.

Who will hire the first category?

The Institution will be inviting all the leading parties - Regional and National to visit the campus and hand pick the right candidates for the present and future leadership of the party and start grooming them for Party / National responsibilities.

Corporates/Business Houses to handpick the leaders for their organisations in the middle/top positions.

They will also be encouraged to start their own social enterprises / NGO’s, act as consultants to various organisations.

Eventually every Alumni will be expected to serve the nation directly for a minimum of 5 to 10 years to bring in enormous social changes.

AcademicIIG’s State and National Academic Council will act as a reservoir of Knowledge & Wisdom and will be constantly fine tuning the Pedagogy, taking inputs from the Alumni, Students, R&D and other Global Institutes.

Concurrent GovernanceThe Academic Council will also be acting as an advisor and guide the State and National Governance on various matters of importance and act as the Rajaguru giving the right direction and impetus.

Global Responsibility

When going global, we will have deliberations and interaction with the UN - as UN in its many internal & published documents talk about the dearth of VISIONARY LEADERSHIP in state and countries as a stumbling block in the implementation of its great plans for Human progress.

The IIG World Council will have some of the UN leaders as its members and advisors.

IIG will aim to change the way the world operates soon.

IIG Role Play - as an Institution, a Research & Development body, Continuous development of Pedagogy, Parallel Governance to State & Nation

IIG will be the knowledge hub for Leadership & Governance run by an academic council of best of men and women in the country - there will be a state level and a National level committee and a National governing body in the execution of the same.

IIG with its global R&D and curriculum will be focusing and working continuously in shaping the Methodologies, experiential learning, interaction with thought and action leaders, resource books, reference materials, visits, etc. guiding and detailing the pedagogy with a set of inputs and professors working under them.

IIG, thus will not be spending its energy in raising huge Structures, but collaborate with existing Institutes and deemed Universities of eminence to deliver the carefully designed courses. IIG will have State level headquarters and a National level headquarter which will also double up as the Nodal Resource centers and centers of parallel governance, guiding the States and Nations on key issues and developments.

The key day to day and long term trends in the State,Country and World will be captured and extensively analysed,discussed and the distilled wisdom shared.
