When there is absence of growth life generally becomes and burden and unfit for living. The church as the house of God is generally seen as a living organism therefore it is expected to experience growth both spiritually and numerically.

As individuals we are therefore required to make ourselves available whenever we are been called upon to ensure that growth takes place in the church of God. When the church growing is a clear indication that we are working in line with Christ's instruction. Growth can never take place if we fold our hands and expect things to happen by chance. It is a collective responsibility of all irrespective of age or profession.

CONCLUSIONThe idea about church growth cannot be overstressed , this is simply because growth is inevitable. It cannot be achieve by chance but joint participation.
