Stainless steel centrifugal pump series Design Features IH is a horizontal metallic chemical centrifugal pump, which is our factory patent technology product, compliant with ISO2858,DIN EN2858 standard. The centrifugal pump has the advantages of simple struc- ture, reliable performance, small volume, light weight, good anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption and convenient use and maintenance. IS and IR pumps have wide versatility. There are 140 specifi- cations in the whole series, but only four types of shafts are used; shafts, bearings and shaft seals of the same specifica- tion can be interchanged; there are only four suspensions for the full range of pumps. The pump speed is divided into two types: 2900-1450r/min. The pump is corrosion resistant, it is character- ized by wear resistance, high temperature resis- tance, non-oxidation, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable struc- ture, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life. The pump body, impeller and pump cover are designed by CFD computer hydrodynamics for water components, module design and precision casting. It has the characteristics of wide flow channel, high efficiency, good NPSH perfor- mance, small radial force, accurate size, smooth flow path and good interchangeability. Installation Precautions
Flange Dimension
The pump set should be installed horizontally and fixed on a stable basis, and is not affected by the vibration of other equipment.
Reserve enough space around the pump set for maintenance and overhaul of the pump set.
The area of the foundation must be larger than the area of the pump floor.
An adjustable gasket (for adjusting the level of the pump set) should be placed between the bottom of the pump set and the foundation.
Care should be taken during installation to prevent tools and debris from falling into the pump cham-ber.
After installation, check whether the two parts of the coupling (pump connector and electrical connector) are misaligned. If there is any misalignment, the centering should be adjusted. The clearance between the pump connector and the electrical connector should be 1~2mm. After that, the coupling is moved by hand and the rotation should be easy.
Before starting the machine, press the arrow on the pump set to adjust the pump steering. If the pump runs in reverse, it will cause damage to the pump unit.When the pump is turned, do not operate for a long time to prevent the mechanical seal from being damaged due to lack of liquid lubrication in the pump set.
