Welcome message Dear IFMSA – Egypt members,

It's my pleasure and honor to present BMSA Invitation package to host IFMSA-Egypt capacity building

camp 2015. I can't describe How proud I am to see one of the most-awaited events here in Beni Suef . It has

been our dream, BMSA Beni Suef , to be part of IFMSA-Egypt development which has been growing year by

year .

We all know that IFMSA-Egypt is constantly looking to empower their members and find innovative ways to

be provided them with great skills in all fields of medical career. And one of the objectives of this camp is to

generate experienced and qualified members to participate in IFMSA-Egypt activities.

We all know as BMSAians How important this camp is for IFMSA-Egypt, so we will make this event memorable

for all.

We are looking forward to having you all in IFMSA-Egypt capacity building camp 2015 in Beni Suef.

Letter from the O.Cs It’s our great pleasure as BMSAians to apply as host for the IFMSA-Egypt capacity building camp 2015. We would like to welcome the respected members of

IFMSA-Egypt TO and our dear friends from every LC to BeniSuef, the pearl of Middle Egypt, promising you an exceptional and a fruitful camp aiming towards the

glory of our federation.

About Beni-Suef

The city is located by the west banks of the Nile and lies in the wild location of the valley of Egypt. A grand historical legacy added to beautiful natural sights make Beni- Sweif one of the most beautiful places in Egypt.

Beni Suef is located about 115 km (only 1.5 Hour) from south of Cairo and is

known for its large Palaces, including the Ismail Palace, owned by General

Ahmed Mamdouh Ismail. The nearby Maydom pyramid is the main tourist

attraction in the area

Although established as an independent university in 2005, it began on 1976 as

a branch of Cairo University. Finally, the presidential decree N.184 dated 2005

was issued to establish Beni-Suef University. There are 20 faculties in the

University, The University and its faculties provide social, cultural, and

recreational activities for their members and students. Faculties fellow the

rules of ministry of higher education for admitting undergraduate.

About BMSA-BeniSuef

We are an organization which is a form of free students’ activity, independent of the Student unions and their activities, and abiding by the rules of Beni-sueif University’s faculty of Medicine. The organization is an autonomous affiliate member of the International federation of Medical Students’ Association- Egypt (IFMSA-Egypt) a member of the International Federation of Medical Students’ Association (IFMSA). It is a non-profit society and does not offer financial income to its members.

Why BMSA-BeniSuef

1- Beni Suef is located in the middle of Egypt so, the arrival and departure

will be easy for all.

2- We have a good qualified organizing team that has great experience in

organizing big events.

3- The security situation in the governorate is very settled.

4- The social program will be amazing and memorable.

5- The venue will be well equipped.

6- To encourage new Upper Egypt LCs to attend this amazing event and

be more involved in IFMSA-Egypt.

Details Of The Application -Application for : hosting IFMSA-Egypt capacity building camp 2015

-Proposed by :

BMSA – ( Beni Suef Medical Students' Association)

-Date: 28th till 30th January 2015

-Time: 9:00 am till 6.00 pm (closing time is flexible)

-Venue: BeniSuef University Hospital.

- -How to reach:

*Getting to Beni-Suief: by Train, Microbus or Bus

- Beni-Sweif is 115Km (About 1.5 Hour) from Cairo.

- You can take a microbus from microbus station (el moneeb

or Ramses)

- You can catch a train from railway station

- You can take a bus from the bus station ( Abood )

*Getting around: take a taxi to BeniSuef University Hospital.

BMSA OC will be waiting for you.

Facilities:

7 Large Halls with movable chairs and each room can accommodate about 40 Persons.

Halls are equipped with 1- Air-Conditioned

2- Data Show (Computers, Data shows)

3- Logistics (Flip Charts, Markers and Sticky Notes.) 4- Sound System
