VNOC (Virtual NOC of GRNet) conference takes places every 2 weeks

Participants include members of the local Administrative Teams of each unit

The discussion covers mostly technical issues Conference includes video, voice and file transfer

services The issues discussed are recorded and summarized in

a report sent to all participants. A more detailed report is also sent before the next meeting.

Procedure: Reservation for the central MCU/Gateway of GRNET through

http://rts.grnet.gr Access through AAI service of GRNET (Shibboleth) Access through local account (after user registration)

Confirmation (call) through email for users who are authorized to use the teleconferencing service of GRNET.

Call acceptance from users. Users are connected to the MCU of GRNET by entering the call

number, which is provided from the teleconferencing software.
