I used one room per person because it makes studying and sleeping easier. I divided the bathrooms by gender and included a laundry room with 6 washer/dryers. The dwelling has one lounge room and one kitchen/dining room.

Week 1: Clear and level the lot Week 2-4: Foundation work Week 5-12: Exterior walls, subfloor and roof Week 13-16 Finish outside of house, get

started on plumbing, hvac, and electrical Week 17-24 Put up drywall and install

Conclusion

I learned about many building materials that can be used such as siding and flooring as well as new sites that can be utilized to estimate costs of jobs.
