CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

The first thing for a young Chapter to do is to increase the number of members. Promotion activities are particularly needed. Tutorial & Special Session CDs to attract young

students Talks by leading professors or industrial

engineers Promotion of paper submission to ISSCC, ASSCC,

etc. in academia. Co-work with Taipei Chapter to invite more SSCS

speakers to Tainan Chapter
