The iDwasher is using combination of modules for pre-washing, washing, rising and disinfection. - Module 1: washing with 4 rotating arms at 6 bars, individual reservoir of 600 liters, Heaters included (either electrical or coils using hot water from hatchery supply). The rotating ramps are not motorized and turn with water pressure. - Module 2: Washing with fixed ramps at 15 bars. Individual reservoir of 600 liters - Module 3: Rinsing with fixed ramps connected to the main supply. The water is collected to fill module 1 for Washing. - Module 4: disinfection ramps with Dosatron pump, works only when hatcher baskets is passing through. - Exit ramp of 1,5 meter Options available: - Additional heating system for Module 2 - Additional pre-washing module at 15 bars. - In feed conveyor at the entrance of the washing machine.
