IDS Design Consultation – $99.00

For the do-it-yourself home decorator that would like the advice of a profession-al interior designer, this package will fit your needs without exceeding your budget. During this one-hour consultation, we will walk through the room(s) of your design project and discuss your needs and style. You will re-ceive professional design advise, decorating tips, paint color ideas, and a list of resources. If you decide to retain our services to further your project, we will ap-ply the intial $99 fee towards the project.

IDS Basic Design Package – $199.00

This package includes all of the above design consultation, as well as a ” BASIC design plan” for one room in your home. The designer will measure the space, draft a simple floor plan, include space planning and provide written recom-mendations for furniture, accessories, paint color and other design ele-ments. This “design recipe” will also include the best local places to shop for the items you need and/or contractors to call.

Have more than one room to decorate? Add additional rooms to your DIY pack-age for only $99.00 per room as long as the consultation is done within the same appointment.

**Due to the detailed scope of design work, kitchens, bathrooms and unfinished rooms are excluded from this package.

IDS Comprehensive Design Package – starting at $499

For the homeowner that wants a DETAILED plan to self-execute, this package includes a consultation, scaled floor plans, concept images, specific selections of furniture, lighting, accessories, paint color, fabric samples, etc. and list of shop-ping resources. Bound in a portfolio, you will be able to take your design “book” on your shopping excursions to purchase and install the project on your own. This package is priced by the size and type of room.

IDS One-Room Interior Re-Design – $599.00

Not sure how to pull your room together with the furniture and accessories you already own?

IDS will give new life to your space by taking your existing furniture and acces-sories and re-arrange them in a creative and practical way that reflects your per-sonality and lifestyle. This service includes consultation with the designer, space planning, rearranging your existing furniture and accessories, and written rec-ommendations for new furniture and accessories. We will also recommend flooring, window/wall treatments and paint color if desired, however, installa-tion and application of these elements are an additional charge.

IDS handles the transformation, you just sit back and enjoy.

**Kitchens, Bathrooms, unfinished rooms are excluded. Restrictions apply to size and weight of furniture and accessories. Additional charges may be applied to oversized items.

IDS Full-Service Design Packages – starting at $799

For the client that wants a full-service experience, we will consult with you to determine the scope of your project, present a proposal with scaled floor plans, elevations (where necessary), sample and concept boards and any other visual to explain the design plan. Upon your approval of the plan, budget and timeline, we will begin work based on the contract. We will manage the project and rec-ommend all necessary sub-contractors. We will oversee every aspect of the job and be available by phone, email, and in-person. Once the project is completed, we will do a walk-through together to make sure you are completely satis-fied. This package price is based on the scope of the project.

Shopping Excursions—starting at $399

Half-Day: $399 1-4 hours of shopping, includes lunch*

Full-Day: $699 up to 8 hours of shopping, includes lunch and dinner*

Platinum Day: $1199 Full Day (8 hours) of shopping, Lunch & Dinner and Limo Service

Airport Shuttle: $100
