Our company as well as making individual facilities is also in charge of delivering complex works at turn-key. We are able to provide you an equipment from technical design, through production, installation, for putting in operation and behind-training of yours operating staff.

The company is keeping its own assembly team for the following purpose. We are equipped with the complete neces-sary utensils, lifting and operating techniques including a 20 tons car crane. The personnel are technically trained and are competent along with technicians to handle out occurred problems. There is the matter of course the managers of the assembling teams and of the technicians´ fluent knowledge of German language the assembling teams and of the technicians.

Vibratory processingVibratory device VÚZ-VZ3 is designated for the reduction of residual voltage in welds, forgings and castings. The point of the vibratory processing is in the fact, that there is certain resonance within the specific frequency of vibration .There can occur plastic reshaping of vibrating weld, forging or casting with the forthcoming reallocation and total reduction of resi-dual voltage in the places of voltage concentration. Vibratory processing replaces annealing to the reduction of residual voltage where dimension stability of components is required. The device enables to vibrate on the different preselected frequencies and times of vibration.
