Activity Flow
Door to Door Process Mic Announcement, Door knocking, Resolving issues:
– 1 Supervisor & 5 Promoters will be getting down in each village. They will divide the village into 5 divisions & then will start Door – Door campaigning.
– Mic announcements will be made in every street of the village with TATA Sumo on IDEA Offers, which diverts villagers attention towards the announcement.
– Promoters will knock every door of the village & explain the features, connectivity of IDEA Network.
– Queries will be clarified then & there. Interested customers will come voluntarily to switch their connections to IDEA Network.
– Not only selling the product, the unit will note network & distributor issues in the village and shall communicate the same to the respective ASM to fix-up the issues that ensures best quality in terms of network & customer service.
