1) How does the idea add value:For the guest and for the hotel.

FOR THE GUEST: Given that the theme of this idea is «customers wellness », leaving his

phone away from oneself, it’s one of the best things to forget everything and only focus on things which really can develop health and wellness.

Nowadays, phones represent everything for a customer: it’s the « main link » with the whole world: family and friends for instance…but it can represent a stress source as well: appointments, work…

Phones can create stress and a « bad suspens » when you are waiting for something really important for the rest of your life: recruitment calls or everything else. So, when you leave this « source of problems and stress », you’re really able to enjoy things around you without thinking too much.

THINKING TOO MUCH AND BEING STRESSED is something bad for your wellness and health.

It’s something special and really interesting because customers represent the « MAIN ACTORS » of the hotel industry…

And the main purpose for the hoteliers is to make people comfortable in the place they look like to.

…And the fact, people give new ideas about one hotel in particular means they are really interested in, which is a good thing for the hotel and for its advertising.
