APPOINTMENT NOTICE Don Hart, Vice President Training & Development IDC Worldsource Insurance Network (IDC WIN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Don Hart to the newly formed position of Vice President, Training & Development. Don brings over 30 years of industry experience to this role, most recently as an executive vice president in charge of recruitment, development and training of advisors at an Ontario MGA. “We are excited to have Don join IDC WIN, he is an excellent addition to the team”, notes Ron Madzia, President IDC WIN. “His tenure and background compliments the Executive team and will be extremely valuable as we focus on delivering strategic initiatives to support and help grow advisors practices.” Based in Mississauga, Don will oversee all education forums for IDC WIN, while developing content and sessions of value to foster an environment for advisors to grow the business, utilizing the best tools and systems available.
