1. Reference A was a covering minute with the Royal Military College Duntroon Conditions of Entry and Service Handbook as an enclosure.

2. In your minute you stated that this handbook was strong evidence to support your belief that your Return of Service Obligation (R0SO)as a result of your training at the Royal Military College(RMC) would expire at the end of 1990.

3 Having given due consideration to the contents of the handbook and your stated belief, the Office of the Military Secretary is prepared to recommend to the CGS that you were given a reasonable expectation that as a result of your training at &YC you would incur two separate ROSO's which would be served concurrently at the completion of your fifth year at RMC (1985).

2. In your minute you stated that this handbook was strong evidence to support your belief that your Return of Service Obligation (ROSOlas a result of your training at the Royal Military College(RMCl would expire at the end of 1990.
