ID CODE has the goal to create a generative and participated company identity and storytelling.
It is an integrated system composed by an archive of words and photografic icons available for all company collaborators.
It implies research, process, possibility, relation and than communication.
it is a project to unveil the identity of knowledge companies.
Nothing is better than giving people those instruments taht make them autonomous, able to live and tell their stories, without any prepackaged solutions.
We live a wonderful Country, full of creative people. Knowledge workers are changing the way to contribute to an enterprise. Models are different. The creation of integrated systems, the knowledge and method transfer, the designing of wide usable tools together with education, are an extraordinary opportunity.
This project is research, process, possibility, relation: thus communication.

What strikes you in Loccioni’s communication is its storytelling impulse, the idea of a deep interconnection between creative inputs and territorial communities: in this continuous exchange the main code is made of the highest poverty (a deep attitude towards aesthetic research leading to sobriety, essenciality and self consciuousness).

Communicate in Loccioni is like trying to catch the wind; there is always something escaping, transforming, hard to tell. But to explore the “identity happening”, as Giorgio Di Tullio teaches us, is different; it is a continuous research, an exciting challenge driving together in Loccioni’s Identity Lab many young creatives, who work side by side with those wise men who keep some black and white Loccioni pictures.
It is this way that the “identity happening” consolidates words, immages, values, visions, colors through which it is possible to reveil and understand the sense of this unique enterprise.

This instrument has a modular nature: each word, if associated with others, can design as many narrative paths as are the possible combinations. The compbinatory nature generates the resonance space where to encounter new signs and significances.
It is teh relation that creates identity.

Matrix contains the primary elements, unchangeble, the bones of Loccioni; Codex collects the behavioural and commitment rules, the muscles kept trained and updated, representing today the keywords, the operative hashtags.
The intersection of matrix and codex creates projects, a multidisciplinary index of new important occasions of work and knowledge.
