Lab calibration procedureLab calibration procedureBecause of enough complicate shape of transfer function curve, special procedure is made for Lab calibrations:• Electrical ASIC parameter optimization - Adjustment CSA and shaper to obtain the maximal dynamic range of both stages - Optimization of the sampling time of the T/H circuitry to rich compromise between equal linearity and dynamic range - Output load resistor value optimization - Testing all channel performances on the ASIC to prove the optimal adjustment with internal (chip CAL System) and external (out capacitance) calibration• Comparing with test beam results The second step is comparing the electrical parameters with physical response of the real particles (low energy alpha, protons and nuclei from Z=1…32) with energy up to 13 GeV/nucleon as well as electrons up to 300 GeV.) For each event, charge of particle is defined and compared with real response of MIC. Thus, the absolute calibration is done for the range 1 – 900 mip
