1. Go to File | Print and select the appropriate Iconotech printer driver and click Close. (Fig. 1)

2. Go to File| Page Setup and select the Stock tab. (Fig. 2) Set the Category to Document Specific and select the Page tab.

3. On the Page tab, select the 32 x 12 page size for a box, (Fig. 3) or the 12 x 32 for a bag, (Fig. 4) from the drop down menu. Select the Layout tab.

4. Setup the Layout tab as shown for boxes, (Fig. 5) or bags, ( Fig. 6). Select the Shape tab.

5. Set up the Shape tab as shown for boxes, (Fig. 7) or bags, (Fig. 8). Select the Media Handling tab and make sure the Action is set to Use Drivers’s Settings. (Fig. 9). Select the Stock tab again.

6. On the Stock tab, click the Save button to bring up the Save Stock form. Enter the information for boxes as shown. (Fig. 10) For a bag, enter the information as shown. (Fig. 11) Click OK and OK to complete the process. You have finished the page size formatting process.

Note: When you setup multiple page sizes, they must be done one at a time. Steps 2-6 must be completed for each separate page size before starting the next page size.

7. To toggle between the two formats, go to File | Page Setup and select the Stock tab. (Fig. 12) Select the Iconotech Category, the Stock Name you wish to use and then click OK. The format will appear on the desk top.

Important Note: No matter what format you have chosen to work in, any new document in either format will have the driver of the default format attached.

It is not possible to embed a printer driver into a given format so that new documents based on that format will have the driver associated with it.

When you bring up the Print dialogue, be sure you have the selected the printer driver you want to print to. Saving the document after printing will attach the driver to that specific layout.
