Iconic believes that your brand is one your most valuable assets, and it is our goal to promote and elevate your brand through one of our joint events. We will take the time in the initial stages of planning to understand your brand, its signi%cance in the marketplace, what sets it apart from your competitors and your target demographic. We want to know your brand as well as you do, and that will help us to design and deliver the perfect event for your company.

STEP 1 - ONSITE VISITIconic will come onsite to visit your headquarters and meet your staff. A strong staff is the backbone to all successful companies, and will help us better understand who you are as a company. On this visit, we will sit with you to determine what you want this event to accomplish, how it %ts into your overall marketing plans and how to achieve maximum value.

STEP 2 - PRODUCT REVIEWIconic will get to know your current product lines as well as future releases. We love gear as much as we love travel, and we will become one of your best brand ambassadors!

STEP 4 - OPTIONSOnce we know what your goals are for this event, Iconic will present you with a number of options to choose from and work with you on any changes needed to achieve your ideal design.

STEP 5 - EXECUTION Once the event design is completed, Iconic will handle all of the logistics, from accommodations to activities and all guest registrations. Iconic will include you in every step of the way to ensure that we meet all of your expectations.

STEP 6 - WRAP-UP Aer the event is completed, Iconic will solicit feedback from guests and staff alike and provide you with a wrap-up. is information will then be used to help shape future events and ensure that it becomes a long-term addition to your marketing plans.
