ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Online registration will start on November 13, 2013 , 12:01 AM and end on January 13, 2014 , 11:59 PM.There will be no more manual registration.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

STEP 1: LOG-IN at www.cfchomeoffice.com. For you to log in, you must have your Member ID Number which you can get from the Infosystem.Contact your chapter servants to have access to the information.

STEP 2: SELECT EVENTFrom the list of different events, choose CFC-Singles for Christ ICON 2014 , and click REGISTER.

You will be led to the event page containing relevant details. Click Next .

STEP 3: SELECT PAYMENT OPTIONYou can either pay through cash, bank, or credit card. Read carefully the agreements in each optionbefore you proceed.

STEP 4: REGISTER DELEGATES

A: FOR SFC MEMBERSRegister yourself or other delegates from your chapter by typing their name on the search field.Select the member you would like to register then click Add .

B. FOR NON-SFCsPre-requisite: They have to be encoded in the Infosystem (Service: NONSFC, Status: NOT YETSFC). Contact your chapter servants to help you in the process.

STEP 5: REGISTER SUB-EVENT (FOREIGN PACKAGES)Register in the Pre-ICON, join tours, secure a hotel accommodation and get all the perks of being aforeign delegate. For the list of available packages, kindly refer to the details provided above. You canregister for at most one package.

b. Click Register . Then click Next .

STEP 6: CHECKOUTEnter the delegation heads name, email, and contact numbers. Events Registration Summary is alsoshown in this page.

STEP 7: PROCESS PAYMENTYou will be able to review your total bill and your chosen payment option. Check on the box if you agreeto the guidelines and the terms and conditions.

STEP 8: CONFIRMYour registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions)or pending (cash and bank transactions). If your transaction has items that Finance cannot reconcile,they will INVALIDATE or RETURN the transaction so that you can register again. Please read the termsand conditions thoroughly before your registration. A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for eachtransaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An emailnotification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and the delegation head. You

can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED.

ANNEX DETAILED PAYMENT GUIDELINES

CASH OPTION

After going through the online registration:

1. Take note of the Transaction ID and the Amount. You and your delegation head will also receivea copy of this transaction.

2. Go to the CFC Center (#156 20 th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City) from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

3. Pay this transaction to the CFC Cashier within 2-3 working days. (Transactions not paid after 3days will be cancelled. Once the transaction is cancelled, you have to register again.)

4. The Cashier will then review payment and CONFIRM your transaction.

5. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head.

6. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has beenconfirmed. (See detailed guidelines.)

7. Bring a PRINTED copy of your email confirmation as a proof of your registration during theevent.

CREDIT CARD OPTION

After going through the online registration, pay through CREDIT CARD:

1. Use any MASTERCARD, VISA or JCB credit card.

2. CFC Home Office website provides a secure server that handles confidential information such ascredit card or payment information. This is encrypted using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)technology. SSL is the industry standard tool that encrypts information and keeps the dataprivate and confidential between your machine and CFC. This technology makes it safe totransmit your credit card number over the Internet.

3. A soon as your credit card payment is made successful, your transaction is also confirmed.UNSUCCESSFUL or REJECTED status will also be given to you if you didnt successfully enter your

card details or if there is a problem in your issuing bank.

4. Note that for credit card transactions, you will have to pay an additional 4% of the total amountplus P10 per transaction as a service charge.

BANK OPTION

After going through the online registration:

1. Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the amount. You and your delegation head will alsoreceive a copy of this transaction.

2. Deposit your payment to any of the following accounts:

BDO Savings Acct No: 6810-0207-04Account Name: Couples for Christ Global Mission Foundation Inc .

Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days uponregistration. Your registration will automatically cancel after 3 days (72 hours) from the timeyou registered online.

3. After deposit, log in back to www.cfchomeoffice.com

4. Go to TRANSACTION History (View Registration History ) and click your TRANSACTION ID.

5. Click Add Bank Payment and enter deposit details (DATE, TIME, REF NUMBER, BANK BRANCH,AMOUNT). Click Save and wait for Finance to confirm your payment.

6. BPI REFERENCE NUMBER: Located at Upper Right Side of Deposit Slip. (AlphaNumeric Code)

7. Finance will review the payment and do confirmation.


9. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has beenconfirmed. (See detailed guidelines.)


11. For transactions that are pending for more than 2 weeks, please call CFC Finance c/o Rev at 709-4868 local 34.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation, Change of Name, or Refund of Transaction

1. Change of names or cancellation of transactions is NOT ALLOWED once the transaction has beenconfirmed.

2. Deposit same amount in the BANK as what is reflected in the total amount in your transaction. Staggereddeposits for one transaction are not allowed. Your Transaction will either be INVALIDATED or RETURNEDby Finance.

3. A transaction that has been INVALIDATED is not guaranteed to avail the same rates offered as of the datein your last transaction. Example, if the transaction was made during the promo period and yourtransaction was INVALIDATED after the promo period, you will have to register again but with the currentRegistration Fee that is available on that period of your second registration.

4. Refund is applicable only in the following transactions:

a. If your registration has been RETURNED after the last registration deadline. Therefore you cannotregister again for the event even if you fix your transaction and payment.

b. If your registration has been PENDING 14 working days after the last registration deadline.Therefore you will not have a CONFIRMED status on the day if the EVENT.

c. If your transaction has been accidentally deleted by the Secretariat/Finance/Admin andtherefore you were not able to officially register to the event. Unless you were informed beforethe deadline and you were able to make a new registration transaction like the deletedtransaction.

d. Notice for REFUND should be made in the next 30 days after the registration deadline. Just emailthe SECRETARIAT of the EVENT and give your BANK details. Wait for another 30 days to processyour refund.

e. Other than the above cases, REFUND is not applicable.

5. BANK Confirmation will take 14 working days from the day you entered your deposit details in the CFCHome Office Online. This may extend to 19 working days during peak season (deadline and end of themonth).

a. To be able to facilitate your TRANSACTION better make sure you do the following:i. Deposit the exact amount as reflected in the Transaction. Not lower, not staggered, not

higher.ii. Write in the TIME of DEPOSIT the exact time in seconds as reflected in your deposit slip.

During peak season, there are many deposits at the same time andsome of the same amount. An exact deposit time will facilitate faster approval of yourtransaction.

iii. Write in the Notes field some items or explanation you would want Finance to knowabout your transaction.

iv. If your transaction has been pending for more than 2 weeks, please call immediatelyCFC Finance c/o Rev at 709-4868 loc 34.
