Fabric Feeding

The In-feed system can be supplied suitable to take up fabrics either from batches or loose folds

The machine can be supplied with a J-Scray or an Accumulator for continuous operation

OPTIMA 2510 Stenters are provided with very efficient un-curlers and Infra-Red Edge Sensors which actuate the in-feed device provided with Rack and Pinion system, ensuring perfect fabric holding in clips or pins even at high speeds exceeding 100 meters per minute.

Over Feed

A simple and accurate over-feed system using Variable Frequency Drives with AC

It is very simple and easy to maintain. Separate drives control the Fabric Tension and Selvedge Tension rollers.

A closed loop control system with encoder can be provided for precise control of the drives

Chain Rails

Cast Iron chain rail guides are provided to support the moving pin clip chain.

They are strong and distortion free even when operating at elevated operating temperatures and at speeds in excess of 150 meters per min.

Pin Clip System

The clips are made of several individual, pressure die-cast, easily replaceable components.

These components are made from special corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and are distortion-proof even at the high heat setting temperatures

Chain Cleaning Device

SWASTIK OPTIMA 2510 can be equipped with a suitable chain cleaning device with steam, consisting of a set of hard-chrome plated nozzles with flexible steam connections, for easy and fast cleaning of pin-clip chain.

Weft Correctors

A simple motorized, quick acting two-roller Bow and four roller Skew Weft Corrector is provided for efficient correction of weft distortions.

Alternatively, on request, the machine can be equipped with Automatic Weft Corrector with optical sensors and digital control.

Width Adjustment

The OPTIMA 2510 is equipped with a standard motorized width adjustment device with common shaft with gear boxes mounted on top of the dryer.

The width adjustment device is controlled from the control desk by means of push buttons.

Dryer Model RDB -3000

DRYER MODEL RDB – 3000 is a modular dryer which can be assembled as required.

The low volume design Dryer RDB - 3000 is equipped with a specially designed duct with the Heat Exchanger / Burner at one end.

The Dryer RDB - 3000 is a compact, study, simple and efficient Dryer equipped with a closed circuit air circulation system

Basically the RDB - 3000 occupies less space and has lower energy consumption.

All drive elements are fixed outside the heated area and are accessible from outside.

Delivery

The SWASTIK OPTIMA 2510 Stenter can be equipped with various types of batch winders-- small batches or big batches or a plaiting down mechanism or any two.

Main Drive

OPTIMA 2510 is equipped with multi-point AC Drives with Frequency converters -- one each for Mangle, Stenter Main Drive, Stenter Draw Roller Drive, Overfeed Drive, Selvedge Tension Drive, Pinning Brush Drive, Plaiter and Batching Drive etc.

Lint Filter

A suitable filter is provided just above the heat exchanger or in case of direct fired Natural Gas Burners, in the duct. The filter is easily accessible and can be cleaned standing outside the chamber while the machine is in operation. A second security filter is also provided.

Exhaust System

Standard machines are provided with suitable number of exhausts to efficiently remove the moist and contaminated air.

The exhaust  blowers can be supplied with frequency controllers and moisture sensors to maintain uniform moisture and excellent drying results.

Heat Recovery System

OPTIMA 2510 can be equipped with suitable heat recovery systems to pre-heat atmospheric air with the help of exhaust air, to feed to Stenter at high temperature or to heat water to be used in processing machines or in boiler as feed water.

Padders

a) Pad mangle FL2 1 nip

The FL2 pad mangles have 2 squeezing rollers with a hardness shore adopted to each customer needs.

b) Pad mangle FL3- 2 dip 2 nip

The FL3 pad mangle have 3 squeezing rollers with allow the “wet on wet” impregnation for special finishes.

Fabric Feeding/ Inlet rails

A) General overfeeding of the fabric with 1 motorized roller with encoder inside the casting to avoid vibrations.

B) Lower overfeeding which acts only on the lower roller in order to give more or less speed in respect to the upper roller to give more or less uncurling tension.

C) Uncurling motorized roller.

D) Skew correction roller installed on rails.

Pinning System

Pining wheels covered by special rubber with 2 motors & 2 independent speed inverters on each side of fabric to adjust the left and right pining.

Set of photocells installed on each sides of the Stenter to detect unpinning.

Independent regulation of airflow of the up and down blowing nozzles by means of speed inverters.

This system has independent motors for upper and lower airflow to avoiding the use of mechanical dampers.

By-Pass System

By-pass system of air deflection during chain stop allowing the fans to remain on.

It avoided the direct incident of the air on the fabric which some causes the damages and marks.

In the result this system avoided drop of temperature.

ICPROD production management system

ICPROD automatic production and management control system with 15 inch color touch screen installed on the front panel, with access to all the main controls on the Stenter.

An extra auxiliary touch screen is installed at the exit of the machine to allow operation of all the main commands. (Temperature, working width, speed, overfeed, burner, etc)

This extra screen avoided also stop of line due to computer casualties.

Automatic Heatsetting Control

It is difficult to know the optimum speed at which machine can run.

ICOMATEX include on its ICPROD a control unit with pyrometer which detect the temperature of the fabric.

During the process operator will only insert temperature and dwell time.

The ICPROD unit will automatically calculate the optimum speed detect exactly the point where the fabric is dry.

ICOSAVE heat recovery systemAir-Air

With the help of the ICOSAVE the hot air of the exhaust can be used as an energy source to pre heat clean air which will be heat the Stenter by using less energy.

Air-Water

In stead of air will ICOSAVE heat water to be use in dyeing process.
