Introduction

In this project, The Project Brief, we are assigned to search and choose a

piece of suitable land between the size of 50m x 50m (2500m²) - 50m x

70m (3500m²) for development. The following purpose of development

includes : recreation area, commercial area, industrial area, agricultural

area, tourism area, residential area. All team members have to come up

with a different purpose of development.

Objective

The objective of this project is to enable us as a student to acquire an understanding of the construction team, the organization, the inter-relations and duties within seeking for employment, career progression or also further study.

Besides, the purpose of this project is to build up an awareness of their professional responsibilities and to appreciate their profession in the construction industry.
