Scientific Program• Preliminary Conceptual Design done! Serious detailed

work will start next summer. • Especially for 2008, must not lock in too soon (LHC!!!).• Organizers active in all main fields of interest

– Both Fermilab Collider Experiments– Both B-factory Experiments– Atlas and CMS Experiments– Accelerator and non-accelerator neutrino experiments– Astrophysics and Cosmology– Phenomenological and formal theory

• Theorists will strengthen formal component Workshop at the IAS adjacent to ICHEP08; // sessions

• Outstanding people outside Penn and Princeton will be invited to join us in crafting the conference program

• Public lectures will be strongly featured.• Reduced registration fees for students?• Poster Sessions.
