What to do with Assessment Scores
Case Manager Application must be completed Basic interpretation of the assessment
results Appropriate times to fill out the
assessments Are they looking in the correct career fields? Do they have the skills they believe are
necessary for what they desire to do What values are missing in their current job
ACC Application must be completed Anyone interested in training
All three assessments must be taken
Directions of where to look not a destination Turn around customer’s negative feelings
on a “low score”
Looking at Scores Break down the scores into fourths
The bottom quarter The middle The top quarter
These are significantly high scores that merit exploration
Emphasis should not be on percentile score, but rank order
