realized that distribution of essential goods is better to be performed by the cooperatives institution rather than private parties. Under third five year plan govt. had set up Bhandars on district level.

SWOT
![Page 34: Icdp- Integrated Co-operative Development Project](https://reader034.fdocuments.in/reader034/viewer/2022052216/546c2a43b4af9fe2038b48f5/html5/thumbnails/34.jpg)
RECOMMENDATIONS
1 The effect of inflation and other reasons which affect the time value of money should be consider at the time of allotment of money.
2 TOURISM- Tourism is an untapped area where significant returns can be made just by taken some initiatives. SO it must be included under ICDP.
![Page 35: Icdp- Integrated Co-operative Development Project](https://reader034.fdocuments.in/reader034/viewer/2022052216/546c2a43b4af9fe2038b48f5/html5/thumbnails/35.jpg)
CONTINUED
3 SOIL TESTING LABS - Soil testing labs can be set up by the gram seva samitis. For this, they can hire agriculture graduates who would give soil testing reports to the farmers directly
4 AGRICULTURE ALLIED ACTIVITIES - Special emphasis should be given by the government to promote these activities. They should direct the banks to increase their loan advances in the agriculture allied activities.
