Inn compiles case file and makes referral to the ICC.
rQ106 The Inn considers the matter via its internal disciplinary procedure
Screening Panel considers whether sufficient information has been gathered
via the Inn (rQ105) and whether the matter is sufficiently minor as to fall within the
remit of the Inn’s internal procedures (ICC Rules 16-18 & Statement of Principles and
Guidance)

Hearing Panel: is a

Advise the student as to future conduct rQ106.3 &
