Our main vision is to have a ‘iCare.ps desktop icon’ on ever computer’s desktop/OS.

Everything from connecting: companies that offer janitorial supplies for institutions; companies that sell surgical instruments; patient diagnosis and treatment; scheduling surgeries; import/export; drug distribution; ordering supplies; online live consulations; medical/surgical tourism; billing; health programs; insurance/’pay as you go’; charity; iCare.ps will be in anything and everything that is health or healthcare industry related.

Our target audience would be everyone living. If you can breath, you will need iCare.ps. Young, old, rich, poor, minority, majority, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, etc. iCare.ps is a way of life. iCare.ps will become part of everyone’s life.

iCare.ps though used over the internet will bring people closer together. Patient member will have access to a medical professional anytime during the day, from any country they wish, at a price they can afford. There are numerous checks and balances in place in which give optimal performance by all users and companies. The level of relationship management cannot be matched anywhere else on the face of the planet.

iCare.ps makes its money from the power of the physical network. The better our network is; the speed data is transmitted; the more secure we are; the accuracy and accessability ; the professionals behind the network; and the innovations we perform are what makes iCare.ps one of the most profitable business models in human history. iCare.ps has a handful of employees and no physical products that we need to store and sell. *iCare.ps makes a small percentage of ever product transaction or service that goes through the network. Privacy A Patient Member can opt not to use their real name. All patient member need to register is a username (email) and a password.

Imagine An emergency takes place. You touch the iCare.ps911 icon on you Apple iphone. Immediately a iCare.ps representative answers. The representative asks for your user email and asks you to type in your password. The iCare.ps rep asks “what is the emergency?” You answer, “I need an ambulance”. The iCare.ps rep then locates the nearest ambulance. Once the ambulance is notified of your location, your general health data is stream to the ambulance’s on board computer. At your location, you are communicating with the medics through your Apple iphone on the iCare.ps network. It takes the medics 3 minutes to arrive at your location, they already know what the problem is. They stabilize you and transport immediately. They transport you to the nearest hospital. The iCare.ps system recognizes traffic conditions and suggests faster/shorter routes. During the transport the medics, through the iCare.ps system, notify the attending and hospital staff of your situation and stream your medical records and current situation to them. The transportation takes 6

minutes.

Once arrived to the hospital you are then attended to. With your permission, your iCare.ps Primary Physician is notified and your family members. The iCare.ps System does not take this episode lightly. If this emergency was exogenous, such as a car accident, it would have been unavoidable. But if this was a heart attack or a diabetic episode, it wasn’t only your problem, it is iCare.ps’s problem. Patient Member’s personal health is iCare.ps main concern. Some things we can prevent. iCare.ps system is the foreseer of these problems.

You are an iCare.ps member, before this emergency, you we flagged as a ‘high risk’ for having a myocardial infarction. Because you are an iCare.ps member you’ve received the best care possible and the costs are minute.

iCare.ps revolutionizes health care. Current health care models have become obsolete and costly. iCare.ps prevents costs from exploding. This is done by storing vast amounts of individual health data and preventive measures. Preventive health measure can be anything from keeping a log of a patient’s food intake to blood sugar count to the patient keeping an online journal after a major surgery to special health programs and/or a health club membership. 6. Radiologists: Radiologists have access to patient’s radiology diagnostics, they document diagnostics results for patients. Radiologists should install teleradiology equipments in order to send radiology diagnostics electronically.

7. Medical laboratories specialists: Medical laboratories specialists have access to patient’s diagnostics which require laboratory diagnostics, they document diagnostics results for patients.

8. Financial managers: Financial mangers concern about financial reporting and statistics.

9. Secretaries: Secretaries acts as data entry employees and customer service provider. Secretaries handle all online help requests coming though iChat service.

10. Medical service providers: Medical services providers are interested in promoting their medical services to physicians. Marketing is the main concern for those providers.
