Displaying Additional Data on the MCV Page

1. Click the Configure Collab View icon (A) to access the Table Configurator dialog box.

2. Select the additional data you want to view (B) and the sort order (C).

3. If you want, save your settings as default (D) and click the Update button (E).

1. The system displays the data in columns to the left of the Data Measures column (E).

2. If necessary click and drag to the right the Column Display icon (F) to view all the data.

Collab Details Menu

• The Collab Details icon (i) provides access to collaboration-related data.

A. Message – attach a message to the collab

B. Collab Attribute – view the Material Master collab attribute values

C. Collab Description – view the collab dimensions

D. Site Attribute – view the Material Master

E. Autofill – Enter PIT data and view exceptions before submitting

F. Alternate Parts – view the alternate parts available for the collaboration

Viewing PIT Attributes

A. To view all PIT Attributes for a data measure, click the data measure name.

B. To view the PIT Attributes for a specific PIT, click the value in the PIT.

Viewing PIT Attributes

At the PIT Info page, you can select the PIT Attributes you want to view:

1. From the User Fields box, click the PIT Attributes you want to view.

2. Click the Refresh button to refresh the view.

A. The Summary tab displays the rolled-up values for multiple collaborations you are viewing on the MCV page.
