CONFERENCE ROOMS & FACILITIES At Ibis Styles Port Stephens Salamander Shores our private function facilities can cater for up to 200 guests and offer a number of options including seated lunches or dinners, buffet menus or a canapé style cocktail party. We offer formal and casual themed functions at an affordable price based on your individual style and budget. With a choice of three functions spaces, your function can be tailored to ensure 100% enjoyment and success for your delegates. The Spinnakers Room Offers floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the water views and an abundance of natural light. The spacious floor area suits large groups for conferencing with glass sliding doors which open onto the open balcony. There is also a garden terrace area which lends itself to an additional breakout or workshop space. The room offers plenty of space for live entertainment, DJ or solo artist with the provision of a large dance floor. The Bayview Room Offers spectacular uninterrupted water views over Port Stephens and offers plenty of natural light through the floor to ceiling glass walls. With spacious work areas and a private garden terrace with access to tropical gardens and lawns, the Bayview Room is suitable to smaller conference groups. The Marlin Room A private, tranquil conference space located adjacent to Hotel property and lends itself as a mid-sized conference space or pleasant breakout area amongst the native gardens. The Shoreline Steakhouse Restaurant Located on the ground floor overlooking the garden, with water views, this space offers a relaxed area for either conference lunches or pre-dinner drinks with an adjoining alfresco area and water views. Our Executive Chef offers menus featuring quality pasture fed beef, market growers produce and fresh local seafood. Ibis Boardroom Centrally located, the Boardroom is ideal for your Management meeting, interview sessions and small workshops.
