IB Portal Client Side Manual January 2015

The IB Portal has been designed to provide a range of functionality which will help you manage your clients and get the most out of the ADS Securities MT4 platform.

It operates is a web page so there is no need to download or install separate software. On the IB Portal you will find the services:

• Real time commission/mark-up generation

• Access to clients detailed volumes, commissions, mark-ups, equity, currency, name, server, email, phone, account

• Access to your leads and potential clients details

• Lead to account conversion rate reports and charts

• Real time balance monitoring

• Different type of reports including all details about your clients and sub IBs if available

• Daily statements

• Fund transfers to your MT4 account

• Rebate money back to your MT4 clients

Reports can be exported in excel and html formats and all withdrawals can be managed through the portal.

Introduction

Main Page and Tabs

The front page of the IB Portal has three main tabs. Your current balance is shown on the top right-hand side of the page (circled in red)

Active Clients and Revenue are shown on this page .

Please note:

• Active Clients – this shows all clients who have recently traded (it is not a list of all clients)

• Revenue – shows the IB (your) revenue generated from each client

Drop Down Sub-Menus

All services on the IB Portal are accessed through the ‘Clients’, ‘Reporting’ or ‘Management’ tabs. Click on the tables to drop down menus.

On the following pages the functions are listed under:

1/ Clients – Dropdown Functions

• Active Clients: shows you all the Clients who have recently traded

• Inactive Clients: shows you the Clients which have been inactive for more than three months

• List of Clients: shows all the Clients signed up with you

• Leads: shows all leads on the portal and the status of the leads – (Converted/ Lead)

• Clients Trading Activity: shows the trading activities of all Clients and gives the ability to select trading for individual Clients over different time intervals

• Change Password: provides the option you to change your password

• Activity Summary: this opens a screen which allows you to see all active clients (see below)

• Statement Summary: this allows you to see your Statement Summary (Direct Clients/ Sub IBs) separately

• Account Statement: this shows a detailed statement of your account, from the set-up to the current position.

• Withdrawal Request: this allows you to download the withdrawal form and upload it after filling in the withdrawal amount. It also shows your current balance

• Deposit into MT4 Account: using this tab you can deposit money into your trading account

• Rebate: you can rebate to your Clients on a trade level by selecting trades and specifying the amount of commission and mark-up you want to rebate
