For use on concrete, the Trelawny MHS 11 Floor Scabbler was designed in association with senior construction engineers for removing concrete laitance while reducing the damage to the substrate. This prevents the ingress of water which freezes and can cause cracking of the substrate. Optional cruciform heads are available for material reduction with a smoother finish.

For name plates and cable tiesThe Amtak Pneumatic Tacker is designed for permanent fastening of metal name plates and cable tie mounts to metal products without drilling holes. The fastening tacks are placed on the magnetic holding tip of the tool and a press of the trigger delivers a single controlled impact. Industrial Air Tools carries a range of Air Motors of varying size and type. Air Motors have distinct advantages over Electric Motors in that they are:

Compact - smaller and lighter than the equivalent electric motor. ‹Not damaged by overloading - cannot burn out. ‹Stop and start instantaneously. ‹Not affected by dusty or wet environments. ‹Does not generate sparks - much safer in hazardous environments. ‹Variable control of torque and speed. ‹

Air Motors come in reversible and non-reversible models with speeds from 44rpm up to 24000rpm and torque ratings of less than 1Nm to over 90Nm. Power outputs can vary from 90W up to 3000W.There are hundreds of applications for Air Motors, including uses on: mixers, conveyor belts, feed devices and on machines for bottling, buttons, glass, knitting, coating, binding, plastics, packing, spray painting, assembly, drilling, threading, grinding, stud-driving and many more.

This ‘Xtreme Clean’ vacuum cleaner is extremely efficient and features an automatic filter cleansing system. It is designed for industrial use and has an air inlet and outlet so an air tool can be connected direct to the vacuum cleaner. Other models also available.
