Conference Speakers

Judy Cook Judy is a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker and Property Management Permit holder with over 30 years’ experience in property management and leasing residential and commercial properties. In 1999, Judy was approved by the U.S. Department of Justice to provide Fair Housing training to those indicted as defendants in Federal Fair Housing cases. In 1998, Judy authored the first Property Management Pre-Licensing course offered in Northern Nevada. Judy authors and instructs courses on a variety of topics of interest to commercial and residential property managers, as well as common-interest community managers. She also assists property management professionals by providing expert consulting services in legal matters.

Jackie Leavenworth Jackie Leavenworth, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, SFR is from the Cleveland, Ohio area and was licensed in 1984. She quickly became her company’s top producer and was constantly asked to share the secrets of her success. Jackie has been sharing those secrets for more than 25 years. Developing and delivering quality programs that are not the “same old thing” is Jackie’s specialty. Real estate is Jackie’s passion and enhancing peoples’ lives is her purpose. Coach Jackie’s humorous, comfortable and engaging style will awaken the inner you to strive for behavioral change that will make a difference. Doug Devitre Doug has been hired to speak in 32 states (and counting) helping real estate professionals make sense of using the latest technology. Doug is a past Business Leader of the Year of the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce, Entrepreneur of the Year of the University of Missouri Business School and recent inductee into the REBAC Hall of Fame. Annual Recognition Luncheon and Keynote Speaker— $4,500 (1)

The Annual Recognition Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2012. The Rec-ognition Luncheon will celebrate individual member achievements by recognizing the state REALTOR® of the Year, 2012 IAR committee chairs, Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy (IRLA) Class of 2012 graduates and incoming IRLA Class of 2013.

Sponsorship includes extensive branding with your company listed on registration materials, in the conference program and on IAR’s web-site. On-site promotion includes ability to pro-vide giveaways, your company logo displayed on large projection screen, on-site signage and introduction of your company VIP by IAR’s President. Attendees will receive a passport to be stamped as they visit each exhibitor during Exhibitor Appreciation Night. Expo Day & Reception

What is Exhibitor Appreciation Day?

To show appreciation for our vendors and to provide direct networking time with conference attendees, Exhibitor Appreciation Day will take place in the main exhibitor area on Wednesday, September 19th. Of course, the day wouldn’t be complete without an evening cocktail reception and live entertainment featuring the band Jayne Bond and the Pink Martinis. Why Participate?

You’ll have the opportunity to meet with the most successful people in Indiana real estate, including top producers, brokers, managers, industry leaders and local association execu-tives. Once you sign on as an exhibitor, your company name will appear on the list of exhibitors located on the conference webpage. Your company will also be listed on the printed conference schedule distributed on-site. Plus, to encourage attendees to visit with every exhibitor, they will receive a passport to be stamped as they visit each exhibit. What’s included?

Exhibitor Fees and Payment

Exhibitor tables are available for $375 on Wednesday, September 19. Partial payment must accompany your registration. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. An administration fee of $50 per booth is non-refundable. The balance is refundable only if notice of cancellation is received in writing no later than September 1st, 2012. No refund of payment will be made if cancellation of booth space occurs after September 1st. Announcements and Prizes

Exhibitors are highly encouraged to add excitement at your booth by holding prize drawings by collecting REALTORS® business cards at their booths. A designated amount of time will be provided each hour throughout the evening for exhibitor announcements and giveaways. IAR has the right to place restric-tions based on announcement frequency. Rules will be provided during exhibitor registration. Booth Assignments

Fully paid booths will be assigned starting September 7, based on (1) number of years company has participated in IAR conferences; (2) conference sponsorship; and (3)date form was received. Please check your booth location assignment for conflict with competitors. If you booth location needs to be changed, contact IAR immediately.

Security: While every effort will be made to provide security for exhibits while in the Sheraton hallway, neither IAR, RECP or the Sheraton will assume responsibility for loss or damage to exhibits or other exhibition property. IAR rec-ommends that each exhibiting firm secure a rider policy through its insurance agent to cover all booth and display items during transportation to and from this conference and on-site.
