and fans. He is an actor, model, environmentalist and humanist. Famous for acting Boone Carlyle in Lost and Damon Salvatore in

The Vampire Diaries. He was born and raised in a country side (like me)! He attended St. Paul’s a private Catholic school in Covington.He has a foundation called the Ian Somerhalder Foundation (ISF). He has a tattoo on his hand that says “Hic Et Nunc” which means

“Here And Now” in Latin.

Family His father is Robert Somerhalder a building

contractor. While his mother (Edna Somerhalder) is a massage

therapist.He has a brother and sister, they are:

Robert (Brother) Robyn (Sister)- Dena

Smolder Holder is an uncle to 2 kids… his brothers’ children.

The character I love the most, that had been acted by him is “Damon Salvatore”.

His character is 171 years old (VAMPIRE) and 24 in disguise (HUMAN).

Damon is the elder Salvatore and his favorite hobby is to make Stefan's (younger Salvatore) life miserable.

His character is more of a bad guy rather than a good guy… even though his brother is the good guy.

“When people see good, they expect good, I don’t want to live up to anyone's expectations!”

After going round the world, Smolder decided to create a foundation that will help save Our Planet Earth.

The ISF is a foundation that has been held up on behalf of Smolder Holder.

He decided to launch this foundation in 2010. So far the foundation has been successful, with

about 20150 and more members in the ISF.

My Opinions I think that Smolder Holder is an

amazing guy… even though he is 34, about 22 years elder than me.

Ian was just 21 when I was born (August 21st). I met him more than 4 times in my life time. He has a ginger cat, that comes from the same

family as my ginger cat, his cat likes to copy him.
