Since May 2017, we have worked in partnership with the City of Brampton on the AM Training & Innovation Centre, offering a regular program of IAM Certificate and Diploma qualification courses to Ontario municipalities and organizations. We also provide the IAM Foundation qualification courses shorter introductions and executive briefings for Executive Leads.
Asset Management at Ontario MunicipalitiesO.Reg 588/17 - Asset Management Planning Regulation; asdeveloped the Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI) requires allOntario Municipalities to produce a Strategic Asset Management Plan for July 1st 2019, using good practice Asset Management Principals, and an Asset Management Plan (AMP) for core Assets in 2021 and all other assets by 2023.
Larger cities and regions who have already invested in Asset Management development are looking to build on this, while smaller municipalities aim to share knowledge to make it easier to exploit what others have already done.

• We ran an intensive Asset
Management training and briefing program for Pacific Gas & Electric in California.
• We have a major training program at three levels (Introduction, Certificate and Diploma) for Transport for London, that has run since 2016.
• We currently support Manitoba Hydro through a mixed program of Certificate, half day and shorter introductory sessions, plus workshops for executives and staff on key AM elements.
• We ran the Asset Management training for New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Agency (MTA) over 18 months, at two levels, before training up their own in-house trainers.
• We have conducted in-house training for more than 75 organizations to date worldwide, as well as a program of public courses since 2010.
